Our Welcome Gifts are made to order so require a three week lead time. If you require gifts in less than this time please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 4 each style.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the items in these gift packs. However, you can choose the ribbon colour, and there is a separate product available in the Signature Collection to personalise your gift tag and welcome card.

Yes, we are very happy to add this in for you. Please contact us to organise this as we do need to receive them at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.

We charge $14 for the first welcome gift and $5 for each additional welcome gift for delivery Australia wide. Please contact us for a rate for orders over 20. We do offer complimentary delivery for Brisbane, Logan, Redlands and Ipswich areas for orders of 10 or more.

The Signature Collection options are to be paid in full at time of ordering. We do offer Afterpay as a payment option.

Custom Welcome Gifts

These welcome gifts are unique and designed to suit your vision and budget for your wedding day or special event.

The minimum lead time for custom gifting is 6-10 weeks before the event. Your date is not locked in until your Service Agreement is signed and your deposit paid. Please contact us if it is less 6 weeks to your event date to see if we can assist. Urgent fees may apply.

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 20 gifts.

The cost is dependent on the gift inclusions but typically start at $1500 which includes design, assembly and delivery.

We suggest you contact your hotel to check if they will perform this service for you and if a fee will be charged. Please note we are not responsible for any charges from the hotel, Air bnb or venues.

Due to the customisation of the gifts we are not able to offer a refund. All custom gifts are final sale. Please fill out our contact form here if you have any queries.

Yes, we can include your stationery in the gifts providing they are received three weeks before the wedding date. We can also recommend an amazing designer who can assist with this.

We deliver Australia wide and the cost of delivery is included in your proposal cost. We aim to have your gifts arrive 1-2 days before your event date.

At times a supplier advises after we have placed the order they are unable to supply an item. We will locate a replacement item that is similar in value and design. We will let you know if this occurs.
